Site Stores Manager
Role :
- Goods In - Unloading Vehicles, Receiving Goods, Matching Orders with Receipts
- Stock Control
- Purchasing
- You will have a keen eye for detail, computer literate, ability to work under time constraints
- You will be responsible for maintaining stock levels within the branch are accurate to ensure that we can meet our customers' demands
Responsibilities :
- Driving customer service standards in your store
- Driving sales in store and ensuring site profitability
- Training, coaching and developing your team
- Maintain company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines
- Achieving store and company KPI's
- Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis
- In charge of day-to-day store operations, monitoring targets, profits and losses, as well as looking after the development, engagement and motivation of store colleagues
- Lead from the front and inspire your management team
- Set the standard for service across all departments
- Commercially aware to drive and make changes to increase sales
- Manage a large format retail environment
- Demonstrate success from a multi format retail environment
- Full responsibility for achieving targets and results
- Create and maintain an outstanding shopping experience for customers
- Develop your team and have succession plans in place for colleagues and managers
- Operationally strong to manage in a diverse and fast paced store role
- Able to direct the team to achieve KPI's
- Ensure high Visual standards at all times
Qualifications & Experience :
- Good communication and commercial skills
- Driven, enterprising personality
- Sense of responsibility
- Sales and result oriented
- At least 4 years Store Manager or Concession Manager experience and worked in a high turnover location
- Due to the nature of this role you must be IT literate with good written and spoken English
